These terms apply when you browse, create an account, or place a grocery order with Nine Stars Trading.

Orders and availability

Products, prices, and stock may change. Your order is a request until Nine Stars accepts it. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you when practical and may remove or substitute it only with your agreement. The server-calculated checkout amount is the amount that applies.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery is free within Al Wakrah and costs QAR 20 per order outside Al Wakrah; pickup is free. The delivery fee is calculated from the address entered at checkout. Delivery areas and operating times may be limited. Please provide accurate contact and address details and ensure someone can receive the order. Any estimated time is an estimate, not a guarantee.

When Nine Stars assigns a driver, the driver’s contact number may appear in order history for delivery coordination. Use it only for the relevant order. Driver assignment and contact availability are not guaranteed at every order stage.

Payment

Available methods are shown at checkout. Cash or card on delivery may be offered. Online payment will be offered only after the payment service is activated. Payment approval does not itself guarantee acceptance if stock or fulfilment is unavailable; any required refund will follow the provider’s processing timetable.

Fresh and grocery items

Please inspect your order promptly. Contact support as soon as possible if an item is missing, damaged, incorrect, or not reasonably fresh. Because food can be perishable, returns depend on the item and circumstances, without limiting rights that apply under Qatar law.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your mobile account and verification codes. Do not misuse the service, place fraudulent orders, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access. We may limit access or cancel abusive or suspicious requests.
