Include your order reference and the Qatar mobile number used for the order. Do not email verification codes, passwords, or complete card details.

Urgent grocery issues

If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, or not reasonably fresh, contact us promptly after receiving or collecting your order so the team can investigate.

Account deletion

Signed-in customers can permanently delete their account from the My account page. The app removes profile, saved-address, device, and session data while anonymizing transaction records that must be kept for business purposes. Read the full account-deletion instructions.
