Delete your NSG account
Nine Stars Grocery customers can permanently delete their account from the secure My account area.

How to request deletion
- Open My account.
- Sign in with the Qatar mobile number registered to your account and its one-time verification code.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm the request.
Requiring sign-in protects customers from unauthorized deletion requests. We do not provide an unauthenticated deletion form.
Data deleted
Deletion removes your customer profile, saved delivery addresses, registered notification devices, and active login sessions. Your mobile number is removed from the customer profile so it can be used for a new account later.
Data retained
Past order and transaction records may be retained where needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, and other legal obligations. Personal profile, phone, and delivery-address fields on those records are anonymized when the account is deleted.

If you cannot sign in or complete deletion, visit Support. Include the Qatar mobile number associated with your account, but never send a verification code or complete card details.
